How Do I Schedule Transportation
Welcome!
1. Fill Out Transportation Application:
Ready to embark on your journey with GoVamo? Start by filling out our Student Transportaion Inquiry form. We're excited to welcome you aboard!
2. Form Details:
Ensure a smooth ride by providing accurate pick-up/drop-off addresses with zip codes, especially for schools with multiple campuses. Don't forget to include dates of service to help us better accommodate your needs.
3. Form Submission:
Once your Form is received, expect a prompt email and a call back from our team. We're dedicated to providing personalized service every step of the way.
5. Route Availability:
If Go Vamo is able to schedule you child. Parent/Guardian will complete NEW RIDER APPLICATION .
4. Meet and Greet:
Before hitting the road, we arrange an in-person meet and greet, especially for our young riders (K-5th grade). This allows us to ensure their comfort and safety. We understand the importance of this step, particularly for our youngest passengers.
5. Timely Service:
Our typical process, from application to riding, takes about one week. However, if you need a ride sooner, simply shoot us an email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
6. How much will it cost for my child to ride?
At GoVamo, we're different from Uber or Lyft. The majority of our riders schedule weekly or monthly rides, with payment made prior to the ride and settled on a weekly basis. It's our commitment to convenience and reliability. Every situation is unique, and pricing may vary. We consider several factors when determining cost, including distance between pickup and drop-off, level of assistance needed (such as sign-in/sign-out), and whether we are currently servicing your area. Please contact us for a personalized quote based on your child’s needs.
7. Payment assitance for therapy through State of Nevada if applicable/accepted.
Acumen Fiscal Agent (Nevada):
Some families may qualify to use Acumen as a funding resource for transportation services. Approval is required, and enrollment may take time. Availability is not guaranteed, and services may begin once authorization is confirmed.
